1. Introduction

Welcome to BLADE & CRAFT. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and appointments. By booking a service or visiting our barbershop, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be made through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and barber. Walk‑ins are welcome but subject to availability.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is accepted.
  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling.
  • Right to refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason (e.g., inappropriate behavior, intoxication).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.

  • Late cancellation / No‑show: Appointments cancelled less than 4 hours before, or missed without notice, may be charged 50% of the service cost (for first offence) or 100% for repeated no‑shows. We will contact you before applying any fee.
  • Group bookings: Special cancellation policies may apply for groups of 3 or more; you will be informed at booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honour the price at the time of booking.

5. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers are valid for the period stated and cannot be combined with other discounts.

6. Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is our priority. All equipment is sanitised between clients, and our barbers follow strict hygiene protocols. If you have any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns, please inform your barber before the service.

We reserve the right to decline service if we believe a client’s health condition may be aggravated by a treatment (e.g., contagious skin infections, severe sunburn).

7. Liability

BLADE & CRAFT takes every care to ensure your satisfaction. However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to products used (please inform us of known allergies beforehand).
  • Personal belongings left on the premises.
  • Any injury or discomfort resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

If you are unhappy with a service, please speak to us immediately — we will do our best to rectify the issue.

8. Privacy

Your personal information (name, contact details, appointment history) is used solely for providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law. By using our site, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

9. Online Content & Website

All images, texts, and logos on this website are the property of BLADE & CRAFT unless credited otherwise. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date noted. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
