Absolutely. Available in any amount at the shop or by phone.

What brands do you use?
We use premium, cruelty‑free products from Reuzel, Uppercut Deluxe, and our own Blade & Craft line.

How long does a typical haircut take?
Around 30‑45 minutes. Beard sculpting adds 20‑30 minutes.

How do I book an appointment?
Use our online booking form, call +1 (212) 555-8940, or visit us in person.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a late‑cancellation fee (50% of service). No‑shows may be charged 100% for repeat offences.

Can I book for multiple people?
Yes – please mention it in the “special requests” field or call us directly to coordinate.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and contactless.

Do you charge extra for long hair or thick beards?
Prices are flat as shown on our Pricing page – no hidden fees.

Is tip included?
Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion (cash or card).

How do I maintain my haircut between visits?
We recommend using a quality shampoo/conditioner and visiting every 3‑4 weeks for touch‑ups. Your barber will give personalised tips.

What products do you suggest for my beard?
Beard oil for daily softness, balm for styling, and a boar bristle brush to train hairs.

Can I buy the same products you use in‑store?
Yes – we have a retail section with our full range.

I have sensitive skin / allergies. Can you accommodate?
Absolutely. Please let us know when booking or before the service so we can use hypoallergenic products.

Can I request a specific barber?
Yes – you can choose your preferred barber during online booking or by calling us.

Do you offer services for children?
We welcome children aged 5+ for haircuts. A parent must accompany minors.
